December 28
Tammara Pearson, 48, of Sabina was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
McKinley Brock Jr., 41, of Kentucky was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Travis Kirk, 46, of Sinking Spring was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
On Dec. 24 at 12:27 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to a report of a two-car crash in the 100 block of South East Street. Upon arrival, Jose Ramirez, 41, of Chillicothe was facing eastbound in an alley while Jessica Fearon, 43, of Hillsboro was traveling northbound in the 100 block of South East Street. Ramirez, without yielding to oncoming traffic, exited the alley on to South East Street, causing Ramierz and Fearon to collide. No injuries were report on scene. Ramirez was cited for right of way when turning left.
On Dec. 25 at 10:06 a.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to the 1000 block of North High Street for a report of a male entering a structure without permission and committing a theft offense. Officers arrived on scene and identified the suspect when the victim decided not to pursue charges.
On Dec. 28 at approximately 6:59 p.m., the Hillsboro Police Department responded to a business in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road for a report of a two-car crash.
Upon arrival, Angela Nace, 55, of Midland turned into an aisle in the parking lot and stopped as DeShawn Goings, 33, of Proctorville was reversing out of a parking stall.
Goings accelerated forward directly at Nace, striking her vehicle head on. Nace then rolled backward and suddenly lurched forward, striking Goings. No injuries were reported on scene. Goings was cited for driving under suspension and was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
