October 23

Arrests/Citations

Bobby Clifford of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear.

Christina Mongold of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear.

Joseph Hill of Xenia was cited for street racing.

Luken Roades of Sardinia was cited for failure to stop after an accident.

Crashes

A report was received of a traffic crash that occurred in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road. After officer’s investigation, it was determined that a vehicle operated by Adam Behm, of Hillsboro, was stopped to let a pedestrian cross when he failed to see pedestrian Elijah Keaton on a motorized cart and struck him, causing minor injuries.

October 24

Arrests/Citations

Jeromey Barr of Hillsboro was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Darby Hodge of Hillsboro was cited for no seat belt.

Tommy Zile of Hillsboro was cited for traffic control device.

Offenses/Incidents

A report was received that a check from a business in the 300 block of West Main Street had been stolen and altered. The incident remains under investigation.

October 25, 2025

Arrests/Citations

Keith Woods of Hillsboro was cited for failure to comply with code enforcement.

Trevor Fenner of Hillsboro was cited for excessive smoke.
