Hillsboro Planning Commission to hold Jan. 21 public hearing on Walnut St. property

The Hillsboro Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at 130 North High Street (City Hall) Hillsboro. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment on a request for a variance to a property located at 126 W. Walnut St., Hillsboro, Ohio 45133; Parcel Number 25-35-001-009.00 due to a denied Commercial Site Plan because it did not meet required setbacks per 155.074. Written comments should be submitted to Planning Commission c/o Megan Blackburn, Clerk at 130 N. High Street Hillsboro, Ohio 45133. 

Comments should be submitted prior to the public hearing.
