During the conference, FFA members learned how to be a promoter for agriculture so others may see where their food comes from. The officers had a luncheon with Ohio legislators and were able to talk to them about different issues related to agriculture.

Hillsboro FFA Secretary Meredith Oglesby said that her favorite part of the day was “seeing the state officers and learning how to advocate for agriculture in a positive way so everyone understands it.”
