   A special meeting of Hillsboro City Council will be held  at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 23 at 204 North East Street, Fire Station Council Chambers.
   The purpose of the meeting will be for acceptance of the bid from Drew Hastings for old Police and Fire Safety Building.
