Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents were reported by the HCSO.

Nov. 1
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of North Shore Dr, after a report of an assault. After investigation, charges are pending for a Hillsboro man.

A resident of the 900 block of Murtland Road reported vandalism.

Nov. 2

A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Lois Lane after a report of disorderly conduct. After investigation, the suspect left prior to the deputy arriving. No charges were issued.

A resident of the 9700 block of state Route 785 reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, the incident was a verbal dispute, parties had separated, no charges were issued.

Virginia A. Beall, 49, of Seaman, trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs.

Denver L. Melampy, 47, of Wilmington, misuse of credit card, receiving stolen property.

Keri S. Therderman, 40, of Winchester, theft.

Dustin L. Deaton, 35, of West Union, driving under suspension.
