Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Feb. 20
 
A resident of the 11000 block of state Route 138 reported fraud.

A deputy responded to the 4200 block of South St., Russell Station, after a report of a disorderly person. After investigation, it was determined the incident was a verbal altercation. No charges were issued.

A resident of the 6500 block of state Route 138 reported fraud.

Feb. 21

A resident of the 9100 block of Black Rabbit Road reported telecommunication harassment. This incident remains under investigation.

A resident of the 100 block of Meadow LN reported harassment.

Kris Johns, 34, of Melbourne, Ky., speeding.

Scott A. Wilder, 39, of Bainbridge, speeding.

Andrew A. Evans, 24, of Williamsport, failure to appear.

Richard A. Creditt II, 46, of Wilmington, failure to appear.
