Jan. 30
A resident of the 9800 block of Mad River Road reported harassment.
Deputies responded to a business in the 100 block of N. Main St., Lynchburg after a report of a disorderly person. Upon arrival, deputies learned the suspect had left the business prior to their arrival. No charges were issued.
Jan. 31
A deputy while on patrol, was flagged down and advised of a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 300 block of Pearl St., Lynchburg. After investigation, David W. Nichols II, 34, of Lynchburg, was charged with domestic violence.
