Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Jan. 24

A resident of the 400 block of Elm Street, Leesburg, reported a disturbance. After investigation, it was determined that a juvenile was being unruly. This incident remains under investigation. 

A deputy responded to the 6500 block of Powell Road after a report of vandalism and theft from a vehicle. This incident remains under investigation.

A resident of the 6600 block of Fascination Way reported vandalism to their residence. Charges are pending for three juveniles after admitting to trespassing and damaging property.

Joshua G. Brayant, 37, of Middletown, failed to file for annual registration.
