Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Jan. 16
 
Deputies responded to the 5000 block of Charles Lane, after a report of threats made between neighbors. After investigation, no charges were issued. Both parties were given a warning for disorderly conduct.

A resident of the 2200 block of Gregory Road reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Danny J. Roberts, 54, of Sardinia, was charged with domestic violence.

Jan. 17

Deputies responded to a business in the 100 block of N. Main St., Lynchburg, after a report of a male assaulted. After investigation, the injured male declined to file charges.

Angelica D. Munyon, 38, of Leesburg, failure to appear.

Chad C. Jarrell Sr, 50, of Greenfield, OVI, obstructing official business, leaving the scene of an accident.

Tina Mossbacker, 62, of Hillsboro, failure to appear.

Neil A. Hurt, 42, of Lynchburg, possession of drugs, failure to appear.

Daniel L. Hollon, 34, of Peebles, failure to appear, probation violation.
