Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Jan. 13
 
Deputies responded to the 10000 block of state Route 124 after a report of a disorderly male. After investigation, it was determined that the male was a neighbor disputing a property line. The male was given a warning for disorderly conduct.

A resident of the 5500 block of state Route 247 reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, parties agreed to separate, no charges issued.

Jan. 14 

Deputies responded to the 3400 block of state Route 134 after a report of a male making threats to a family member. After investigation, Jacob I Hamilton, 33, of Mt Orab, was charged with domestic violence.

Deputies responded to the 10000 block of E. Berrysville Road after a report of an assault. After investigation, James A. Jones, 49, of Lynchburg, was charged with domestic violence.

A resident of the 13000 block of state Route 28, reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, David L. Howe, 67, of Greenfield, was charged with domestic violence.

Lisa L. Redman, 60, of Hillsboro, driving under suspension.

Ronald W. Crutcher Jr, 55, of Batavia, no brake lights, invalid license plate.

Patricia L. Michael, 54, of Hillsboro, OVI, driving under suspension.

Timothy W. Freeman, 57, of Williamsburg, failure to appear.
