Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Nov. 1

Deputies responded to the 5500 block of state Route 124 after a report of a party with underage drinking. This incident remains under investigation.

A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Careytown Road after a report of an alarm activation. After investigation, a female was located inside the residence without permission. The female and a male was trespassed from the property. Property owner declined charges.

Jessica W. Howland, 21, of Hillsboro, speeding.

Jennifer St. John, 47, of Leesburg, arrested on a warrant from Wilmington PD.

Kati Silcox, 36, of Williamsburg, disorderly conduct.

Kiersten M. Steele, 20, of Hillsboro, arrested on warrant from Clinton County.

Christopher L.. Rump, 52, of Sardinia, domestic violence.

James D. Freeman Jr, 59, of Hillsboro, failure to appear.
