Oct. 28
 
A deputy responded to the 6700 block of Heather Moor Trail after a report of a theft.

A resident of Amelia reported the theft of items from a vehicle while parked on Roundhead Road.

A deputy responded to a report of a theft of a cell phone from a residence in the 200 block of Sycamore St., Lynchburg. After investigation, the phone was recovered. The complainant declined charges.

Oct. 29

A resident of the 7600 block of state Route 138 reported bank fraud.

A resident of the 13000 block of Deer Park Road reported harassment.
