Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Oct. 26

A resident of the 10000 block of Morgan Lane reported receiving threats.

A deputy responded to the 7200 block of North Beach Road after a report of a domestic dispute. After investigation, parties agreed to separate, no charges were issued.

A resident of the 10000 block of state Route 771 reported telecommunications harassment. This incident remains under investigation.

Oct. 27

A deputy responded to the 1800 block of Kuhn Road, Whiteoak Twp. after a report of a breaking and entering. This incident remains under investigation.

A deputy responded to a residence on Main Street, in Mowrystown after a report of trespassing. This incident remains under investigation.

Timothy R. Bailey, 31, of Wilmington, speeding.

Danielle R. Brannon, 40, of Reesville, failure to appear.
