Sept. 30
A resident of the 12000 block of U.S. Route 62 reported a theft. This incident remains under investigation.

A resident of the 5700 block of Ellis Lane reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, it was determined to be a verbal altercation, parties separated, no charges issued.

Oct. 1

A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Karnes Road after a report of vandalism.

A resident of the 11000 block of Maple Trail reported a disorderly person.

A deputy responded to the 7800 block of Schoolhouse Road after a report of a disorderly person.

Danny L. Conti, 59, of Greenfield, failure to appear, driving under suspension.

James D. Shugert, 34, of West Portsmouth, driving under suspension, failure to file for annual registration.

Luke A. Lightle, 39, of Bainbridge, speeding.

Garrett L. Spargur, 25, of Hillsboro, speeding.

Bryan C. Mettler, 52, of Blanchester, speeding.

Ernest D. Unger Jr., 48, of Manchester, failure to appear.

Christian I. Kittrell, 23, of Hillsboro, probation violation.
