Highland-247 now open following culvert replacement
A culvert replacement project on state Route 247 in Highland County has been completed, and the route is now open to traffic.
Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Highland County Highway Maintenance Facility reopened the route June 18, following its closure earlier this week to replace a deteriorated pipe at the route’s 3.66-mile marker, between County Road 21 (Peach Orchard Road) and Township Road 169B (Walker Road), south of Folsom.
For information on additional lane and road closures due to construction, accidents, flooding or other related traffic events visit Buckeye Traffic on ODOTs web site at www.buckeyetraffic.org.
