Hamilton OSHP Post investigating two-vehicle double fatal crash

The Hamilton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two vehicle double fatal crash that occurred yesterday, May 20 at approximately 11:36 p.m. The crash occurred on S.R. 48 at the intersection of East Lytle Five Points Road in Clear Creek Township, Warren County.

Preliminary investigation revealed a 2022 Kia Telluride, operated by Mary Huelsman, 57, Bellbrook, was traveling southbound on State Route 48 and struck a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu who was eastbound on Lytle Five Points Road. The two vehicles traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a wooden utility pole.

Huelsman was transported from the scene by Clearcreek Township EMS to Kettering Health with non-life-threatening injuries.

The two occupants of the Chevrolet Malibu were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Warren County Coroner's Office.

The Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Clearcreek Township Police, Fire, and EMS and the Ohio Department of Transportation.
