Chillicothe Police Department, Press Release

The Chillicothe Police Department announced this week charges against a Greenfield woman accused of attacking a Chillicothe resident.

On March 9 at approximately 11:48 p.m., officers from the Chillicothe Police Department responded to a report of an assault at a residence in the 300 block of Clay Street.

Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. Officers and EMS provided immediate medical care before the victim was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center and alter transferred to Grant Medical Center and listed in stable condition.

During the investigation, officers determined that the suspect, identified as Brandy Luckett, 38, of Greenfield, allegedly forcibly entered the residence by breaking a window. It is alleged Luckett proceeded to attack the victim with a knife. Additional individuals reportedly sustained injuries while attempting to subdue Luckett, leading to multiple charges.

Responding officers secured the scene and took Luckett into custody. Luckett has been charged with three counts of felonious assault and one count of aggravated burglary.

Upon arrest, she allegedly exhibited combative behavior, and due to her erratic actions, officers suspected she was under the influence of narcotics. She was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center for medical evaluation before being booked into the Ross County Jail.
