At 1:01 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Flagway 12. The driver was warned for expired registration and to finish the transfer process.
At 1:30 A.M., while on patrol, an officer located a suspicious vehicle parked at the end of South Washington Street. Contact was made with the occupants, who checked ok.
At 1:49 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Save A Lot. The driver was warned for improper display.
At 2:03 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for improper display.
At 2:13 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street Near South Washington Street. The driver was warned for improper display.
At 2:19 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 Block of McKell Avenue. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 4:50 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey traffic control device.
At 5:08 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near South Washington Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 5:16 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Flag Way 16. The driver was warned for speed.
At 5:45 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near South 6th Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 6:04 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 9:24 A.M., while on patrol, an officer was flagged down in the 200 Block of Jefferson Street by an individual who requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 10:25 A.M., a caller requested their water to be shut off to replace a water heater. The water department was advised.
At 10:30 A.M., an individual reported his nephew's vehicle was disabled in the 200 Block of North Washington Street.
At 12:13 P.M., an officer made contact with a suspicious male at Mitchell's Park. After investigation, the male checked ok.
At 1:22 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on McClain Avenue near North 4th Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 1:49 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South Washington Street near Jefferson Street. The driver gave consent to search the vehicle. During the search paraphernalia was located. The driver was warned for a moving violation and paraphernalia.
At 2:48 P.M., while on patrol, an officer located two vehicles parked at Felson's Park. Contact was made with the drivers, who were advised the park was closed due to construction and needed to leave the area.
At 3:07 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Community Markets. The driver was warned.
At 3:19 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Flag Way 12. The driver was warned for failure to use a turn signal.
At 3:36 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's office advised of a reckless operation heading towards the village on S. R. 753 South. A deputy later advised he was stopped with the vehicle in the alley near the 400 Block of North 8th Street. The driver gave consent to search the vehicle and performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
At 3:53 P.M., a resident in the 300 Block of South McArthur Way advised her 40-foot ladder that was reported stolen had been returned.
At 3:55 P.M., a caller in the 500 Block of Jefferson Street requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 4:17 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised they were sending EMS to Flag Way 16 for a female was allegedly verbally and physically assaulted, then passed out. Upon officers' arrival, the female was awake and alert. The female refused treatment from EMS.
At 4:39 P.M., while on patrol, an officer was flagged down in the area of South 7th Street and South Street for a disabled vehicle. Assistance was given.
At 4:45 P.M., while on patrol, an officer located a male with an active warrant out of the Adult Parole Authority. Donnie Holt was arrested for an APA Warrant for a Parole Violation.
At 6:00 P.M., a caller at Flag Way 16 requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 7:47 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near 8th Street. The driver was warned for expired registration. The registered owner was advised accordingly for expired registration and driver's license.
At 7:55 P.M., a resident in the 400 Block of South 2nd Street reported they observed a brown truck struck their vehicle and fled the scene and turned onto Paint Street. After investigation, Lowell Riffle was cited for Driving Under Suspension and Leaving the scene of an Accident.
At 11:30 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Evans Street near North 4th Street. The driver was warned for failure to use a turn signal.

Offenses/Incidents
At 12:44 A.M., a caller in the 800 Block of North Street requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 1:06 A.M., a caller in the 700 Block of Mirabeau Street reported two suspicious males on bikes, wearing a black hoodies and camo with long sleeves. Caller further advised the males were riding in between houses. An officer patrolled the area and spoke with the caller.
At 4:14 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near McClain Avenue. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 10:38 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 10:52 A.M., a resident in the 700 Block of Lafayette Street reported an active fight between two females, in the front yard a few houses down. After investigation, Kaylee Hester was cited for Disorderly Conduct by Fighting.
At 11:15 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office requested an officer to respond to the area of the 1100 Block of S. R. 753 South for a welfare check on a disabled vehicle.
At 2:25 P.M., a resident in the 1000 Block of South 5th Street reported a property damage hit-skip involving her vehicle. This incident remains under investigation.
At 2:47 P.M., a resident in the 900 Block of Mirabeau Street reported a group of subjects stating they were with Advance Electric requesting to see their current bills and rates. An officer made contact with the subjects and were advised about the solicitor's ordinance.
At 3:56 P.M., a resident in the 400 Block of North 8th Street reported a property damage accident involving his vehicle.
At 6:00 P.M., a resident in the 800 Block of North Street requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 6:12 P.M., a resident at Flag Way 12 requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 6:18 P.M., a caller reported a disturbance in the area of South Street and South 6th Street. Caller advised there was yelling coming from inside a residence for approximately 5-minutes, then two juveniles walked out and down the street. An officer made contact with one of the juveniles who advised everything was ok and he was playing video games.
At 6:35 P.M., a resident in the 500 Block of McClain Avenue reported a property damage accident involving his vehicle.
At 9:26 P.M., the HCSO advised of an active domestic situation in the 600 Block of South 7th Street. After investigation, all parties were separated and parted ways.
At 10:13 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 10:30 P.M., while on patrol, officers located an unoccupied vehicle behind Catch 22 with its horn activated. Officers attempted to contact the registered owner.

At 12:16 A.M., a resident in the 1100 Block of Sycamore Circle reported three of their five smoke detectors were activated. HCSO was advised to dispatch the fire department. Officers and the fire personnel responded to the scene.
At 12:34 A.M., a resident in the 600 Block of Mirabeau Street reported that she heard what sounded like pebbles or marbles being thrown at her kitchen window. Upon officers' arrival, they did not see any damaged window or remnants of thrown items. The caller requested extra patrol for the area.
At 4:22 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver, Brandon Everhart was cited for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device and Driving Under Suspension.
At 5:46 A.M., a resident in the 400 Block of South McArthur Way reported an individual trespassing at Felson's Park in the construction area, shining a flashlight. An officer patrolled the area.
At 7:50 A.M., a resident in the 500 Block of North Washington Street reported a civil complaint.
At 10:34 A.M., Airek Seitz was arrested for violation of court orders.
At 4:06 P.M., a resident in the 1100 Block of Greenhills Drive reported a disturbance at her neighbor's apartment. After investigation, all parties appeared ok.
At 4:11 P.M., a caller in the 400 Block of Mirabeau Street reported traffic cones were placed blocking street parking with no parking signs and listed an unknown phone number. Caller advised he contacted the village administration office and stated they were unaware. This incident remains under investigation.
At 4:51 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-transfer in the 200 Block of Jefferson Street reporting a fight. Upon an officer's arrival, all parties were separated and advised accordingly.

Offenses/Incidents
At 1:12 A.M., while on patrol at the end of South Washington Street at the pull off, an officer located a suspicious vehicle partially wrapped in saran wrap, parked, and unoccupied. An officer patrolled the area.
At 1:39 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on two bicyclists, in the alley near Sudzy Dudz Laundromat. Both bicyclists were warned for equipment violations.
At 4:25 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of South 6th Street. The driver was warned for failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 10:01 A.M., a resident in the 200 Block of South 6th Street reported a downed wire in her back yard. An officer determined the wire to possibly be a telephone line. The line was re-secured.
At 10:15 A.M., the Highland County Dog Warden requested assistance with an uncooperative male in the 500 Block of South 2nd Street. Assistance was given.
At 11:15 A.M., a resident in the 300 Block of Mill Street requested extra patrol for the area.
At 1:55 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup in the 200 Block of South 4th Street. An officer made contact with the caller and was determined to be accidental.
At 2:36 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation and an equipment violation.
At 4:14 P.M., a call reported fraud of funds from his bank account. This incident remains under investigation.
At 6:25 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Smith Street. The driver, Keanue Copas was cited for Driving Under Suspension and Failure to Use Turn Signal.
At 9:35 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of South Washington Street. The driver was warned for headlights required.
At 9:41 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of Lyndon Avenue. The driver was warned for expired registration.
At 10:08 P.M., while on patrol in the 600 Block of Dickey Avenue, an officer located a vehicle with its door open. The officer was unable to locate the registered owner. The vehicle door was then secured.
At 10:28 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South 10th Street near Mirabeau Street. The driver was warned for a license plate light.

At 7:42 A.M., First Choice Security reported an alarm activation at the Greenhills Village Office in the 1100 Block of Greenhills Drive. An officer located an unsecured door and cleared the building. The door was secured prior to leaving.
At 2:32 P.M., a resident in the 700 Block of Lafayette Street reported a suspicious male walking and taking pictures in her yard. Officers patrolled the area.
At 10:16 P.M., a caller reported a parking complaint at the school campus.

At 12:23 A.M., Chillicothe Fire and Security reported a commercial burglary alarm activation at the Greenfield Elementary School. An officer responded on scene and cleared the building.
At 3:23 A.M., a resident in the 100 Block of Lafayette Street reported a property dispute. After investigation, it was determined to be a civil matter and both parties were advised accordingly. The male was trespassed from the property.
At 6:44 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of Jefferson Street. The driver was advised accordingly.
At 9:36 A.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-hangup in the 600 Block of North Washington Street. An officer attempted contact.
At 10:23 A.M., while on patrol in the 900 Block of Lafayette Street, an officer was flagged down by a resident requesting a security check for their neighbor's property.
At 2:25 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop at Dollar General. The driver was warned for speed.
At 6:00 P.M., the Fayette County Sheriff's Office advised of a 911-transfer reporting a red Chevy Silverado driving recklessly on S. R. 753 approaching the village. An officer patrolled the area in an attempt to locate the vehicle.

At 5:49 P.M., a resident in the 400 Block of South Street reported a injury accident involving a struck, parked vehicle. After investigation, the driver was transported to Adena Greenfield ER by EMS.
At 6:05 P.M., a caller reported threats/harassment. The caller was advised to contact the Hillsboro Police Department to file a report.
At 6:46 P.M., Family Dollar reported two juvenile females attempted to pay with multiple counterfeit $20 bills. After investigation, the juveniles were trespassed from Family Dollar.
At 10:17 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised Paint Creek Fire and EMS was dispatched to Adient for multiple sprinkler alarms/waterflows. Assistance was given.

At 3:09 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South 7th Street near South Street. The driver was warned for a moving violation.
At 5:58 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street near Washington Street. The driver, Jacinda Wilson was cited for Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Valid License and Illumination of Rear License Plate.
At 12:31 P.M., a caller in the 500 block of McClain Avenue reported threats/harassment. This incident remains under investigation.
At 1:20 P.M., a caller at Flag Way 12 requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 1:40 P.M., a resident reported she was involved in a property damage accident on North Washington Street near Priests BBQ.
At 3:27 P.M., a resident in the 300 block of McClain Avenue reported a domestic violence incident. After investigation, Kelly Knisley was arrested for Domestic Violence and Menacing.
At 5:44 P.M., the Adena Greenfield ER reported a 3-month-old female with a gunshot wound to the leg was transported to their facility. This incident remains under investigation. The baby is a 3-month-old.

At 10:47 A.M., a resident in the 400 Block of Evans Street requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 10:53 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South Street near South 9th Street. Permission to search the vehicle was granted. The driver was warned for driving privileges and failure to obey a traffic control device.
At 2:21 P.M., a caller in the 300 block of McClain Avenue requested an officer to remain at the residence while he retrieved his property.
At 4:44 P.M., an individual reported a civil complaint.
At 4:57 P.M., a resident in the 400 block of Spring Street reported a suspicious male was behind her residence.

At 8:58 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the S. R. 28 East Bridge. The driver, Dominique Whitehurst was cited for Expired Operators License and Failure to File for Annual Application.
At 10:35 P.M. a caller reported she had lost her cell phone in the area of the 600 block of Mirabeau Street and that someone had logged into her accounts and made fraudulent charges. This incident remains under investigation.

At 6:28 A.M., a resident in the 900 block of Jefferson Street requested a welfare check for a neighbor. After investigation, the neighbor checked ok.
At 7:00 A.M., the Wilmington Post of the State Highway Patrol requested an officer to respond to the area of S.R. 41 and S. R. 753 to the report of a vehicle off of the roadway. After investigation, the registered owner contacted the police department and advised he had a wrecker service lined up.
At 10:45 A.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on South Street near South Washington Street. The driver was warned for an equipment violation.
At 11:51 A.M., Murray Fettro Funeral Home requested assistance with a funeral procession to the Greenfield Cemetery. Assistance was given.
At 12:33 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of South Street.
At 3:53 P.M., a resident in the 500 block of Lyndon Avenue requested assistance to unlock their vehicle. An officer was able to successfully gain entry.
At 8:10 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street near Spring Street. The driver was warned for driving left of center and speed.
At 9:01 P.M., a resident in the 100 block of Janice Street reported hearing an individual outside of her residence earlier in the day. The area was placed on extra patrol
At 9:24 P.M., an officer conducted a traffic stop on North Washington Street in front of Legend's Barbershop. A K-9 unit conducted an open-air sniff on the vehicle. The K-9 unit then positively alerted on the driver's side of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of suspected narcotics. The driver, Allen West was arrested for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Tampering with Evidence, and Display of License Plate.
At 10:07 P.M., a resident in the 100 block of Janice Street reported she believed she had seen an unknown person inside her vehicle. After investigation, it was determined nobody had been inside of the vehicle.

At 5:30 P.M., a caller requested extra patrol for the 300 block of Lyndon Avenue.
At 10:08 P.M., the Highland County Sheriff's Office advised of a suicidal male in the 600 block of Mirabeau, who had ingested several pills. The male was transport to the Adena ER by EMS.

At 1:35 P.M., a caller requested a welfare check on a resident in the 200 block of North 4th Street. The resident checked ok.
At 5:33 P.M., a caller reported a civil complaint in the 500 block of Waddell Street.

At 1:07 A.M., while on patrol in the 600 block of South Street an officer observed a male, who continuously walked into the street. Contact was made with the male, who advised he was looking for a lost glove.
