Finance committee to meet to discuss 2012 budget

Two committees of the Hillsboro City Council will meet Wednesday, with the city's 2012 budget as a major agenda item. 

 

The property maintenance and restoration committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. in council chambers at the Hillsboro fire station to discuss a requested variance for a sign. 

 

The finance committee will meet at 6 p.m. to discuss the 2012 budget. 

 

Finance committee chairman Pete Pence told The Highland County Press that council members received the administration's proposed 2012 budget last week, and have had the weekend to review it.
