Dennis and Sharon Crosby celebrate 50th wedding anniversary in Hillsboro

Dennis and Sharon Crosby returned to Hillsboro to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.

They are former Hillsboro residents and graduates of Hillsboro High School.

Dennis and Sharon met in the summer of 1961 at the high school, and were married in the First Presbyterian Church on June 11, 1966.

They attended the First Presbyterian Church Sunday service on June 12 to mark their
anniversary.

Sharon Crosby is the daughter of Fay and Ruth Holladay. Dennis Crosby is the son of Albert and Vada Crosby. Both parents were long-time residents of Hillsboro.

Dennis is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and Sharon is a graduate of Miami of Ohio. They presently live near Atlanta, Ga. They have three children and seven grandchildren.
