Debbie Sansone appointed clerk of county commission

Debbie Sansone was appointed clerk of the Highland County Board of Commissioners at Wednesday's meeting. Sansone formerly served as the deputy clerk. She succeeds former clerk Rosalind Newman, who recently retired. Commissioners voted 3-0 to approve Sansone's appointment.
