Dane Clark joins NCB as appraisal review analyst

Clark will be responsible for reviewing residential real estate appraisals to ensure that the value conclusions are credible and that the reports are compliant with banking regulations
Prior to joining NCB, Clark served as the President of Clark Appraisal & Associates, Inc. in Leesburg. In this role, he did appraisal reviews, researched and studied market trends for appraisal reporting, site and related photography of comparables and property site inspections.
Clark is a graduate of Hondros College where he received his Appraisal Real Estate CE and currently holds licenses as a State of Ohio Certified Appraiser, HUF FHA Approved Appraiser and State of Ohio Real Estate Sales License. He is also affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, the Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and the Western Regional Information System.
