In other action at Wednesday's meeting, commissioners approved the following resolutions, all by 3-0 votes:
• The authorization of additional appropriation to the Sheriff's budget as follows: from unappropriated funds to Sheriff, Employee
Salaries, in the amount of $1,650. The unappropriated funds are a cash match for the Ohio Criminal Justice System (OCJS) Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program.
• The authorization of additional appropriation to the Capital Improvements budget as follows: from unappropriated funds to Other Expense, in the amount of $5,000; and from unappropriated funds to Wireless Expense, in the amount of $25,000, for total additional appropriation to the fund of $30,000.
• The modification to the General Fund as follows: from TEC, Contracts & Services, to TEC, Contracts & Repairs, in the amount of $2,000.
• The authorization of a new fund to be known as Lakeside Sewer Debt Retirement, and appropriate funds as follows: Principal, in the amount of $3,513.06. Estimated revenue for this fund is $3,513.06.
• The modification to the Mowrystown Sewer budget as follows: from Services to Other Expense, in the amount of $500.
• The authorization of additional appropriation to the Help Me Grow budget as follows: from unappropriated funds to Help Me Grow (pass-through), in the amount of $63,949.47.
• The Commissioners proclaimed April 2010 as Child Abuse Prevention Month.
