We, at Classic Real Estate Company, are pleased to announce that Tracy Hancock, Lisa Leeth, and Shannon Chain have joined the Classic team.
Tracy and Lisa are life-long residents of Highland and Clinton counties, and Shannon, originally from Middletown, has lived in Hillsboro for 19 years.
Besides being very familiar with the local market, all three have strong community ties.
• Tracy and her husband, J.D., reside in Hillsboro and enjoy horseback riding, golf, and spending time with their grown children and grandchildren. Tracy’s strong background in lending for 15 years enables her to assist her clients and customers with their financial needs in order to obtain their dream home.
• Lisa, her husband, Jim, and daughter, Jessi, also reside in Hillsboro, but you may recognize her as a local hairdresser and the co-owner of Details Salon & Day Spa. With 30 years of experience as a hairdresser, and because she loves working with people, and loves to fix up properties, she can’t think of a better job for her than becoming a Realtor.
• Shannon, her husband, David, and sons, Hunter and Nathan, reside in Hillsboro as well, with both her children attending Hillsboro City Schools.
In addition to school functions and attending the Hillsboro Church of God, Shannon has worked primarily in administrative positions, and has been at Southern State Community College in the advising department for the last three years. She has always been interested in real estate, and thus decided to take a leap of faith and get her Real Estate License.
Specializing in sales of residential, farms, and commercial properties, Tracy, Lisa, and Shannon are all eager to serve the real estate needs of the people of Highland and surrounding counties, and we feel confident they will do an excellent job.
