City of Hillsboro signs proclamation for Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month

Hillsboro Mayor Drew Hastings signed a proclamation this week in observance of March 2016 as Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

Students and staff of Highco attended the proclamation signing.
