Chamber of Commerce board members awarded plaques for service

The Highland County Chamber of Commerce held their monthly Board of Directors meeting at the Highland House on Thursday, Dec. 11.

The Chamber has five members of its Board of Directors ending their six-year terms with the board in 2014.

Amanda Bledsoe, representing Crowe Financial Group; Marta Cox, representing Southern Hills Community Bank; Heather Cummings, representing NCB; Jeff Dickey, representing The Dickey Group Inc. Realtors; and Brad Markwood representing South Central Power were given commemorative plaques as thanks for their service to the board and Highland County. 

Each individual brought a unique set of strengths to the board, and the Chamber is thankful to have had them for the past six years.
