Another record low temperature

The Tuesday morning temperature dropped to -8 degrees in Hillsboro, setting a new record for this date.

After bottoming out at minus 8, today's high will reach 25 degrees. Daytime wind chill values are as low as -15. There's also a slight chance of snow showers late tonight.

These snowmen, built by the Mike Moses family off Pleasant Drive in Hillsboro, seem to be right in their element, however.
