Dr. Van Dyke explained why Adena is a perfect fit for him.

“Growing up in a small town myself, I know it’s never the easiest thing to get certain specialties close by,” he said. “In a way, it’s kind of gratifying to be available for a population that didn’t necessarily have the help they needed before.”

Dr. Van Dyke attended Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus and a fellowship in Rheumatology at Louisiana State University’s Health Science Center, located in New Orleans, La.

Following his fellowship, Dr. Van Dyke was honored with The Distinguished Fellow Award, which is sponsored by The American College of Rheumatology. The Award recognizes the nation’s best clinical and research fellows in the field of Rheumatology.

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Van Dyke, patients may call (740) 542-4000.

Today I had the pleasure of a consult with Dr. Vandyke.
None of the OSU doctors in Columbus were able to help me in a timely fashion. Sept was the first appointment I could get in Columbus. It was well worth the drive Adena to consult with Dr. Vandyke. He had studied my information and gave me a thoughtful diagnosis and treatment plan. He is very informed, and
Professional. I’m grateful for his expertise and kindness.
