After a Highland County grand jury handed down 11 indictments as the result of Highland County Task Force investigations, area law enforcement officers conducted an arrest roundup this week, with multiple defendants arrested on drug-related charges.

According to Highland County Prosecutor Anneka Collins, seven of the individuals indicted were arrested Wednesday, with officers from the Task Force, Highland County Sheriff’s Office, Greenfield Police Department and Hillsboro Police Department, as well as representatives from the Prosecutor’s Office, among those assisting with the arrest roundup.

The following individuals were arrested and have had their indictments unsealed. An indictment is merely a charge and is not evidence of guilt.

• Brittany Henslee, 27, of Lynchburg was indicted on eight counts, including four counts of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine, two second-degree and two third-degree felonies; and four counts of aggravated possession of methamphetamine, two second-degree and two third-degree felonies.

There are four separate dates listed in Henslee’s indictment, including three in March 2025 and one in April 2025, where Henslee is accused of “knowingly obtaining, possessing or using,” and “knowingly selling or offering to sell,” meth. The second-degree felony charges involve meth in an amount equal to or exceeding five times bulk amount but less than 50 times bulk amount, while the third-degree felonies involve meth in an amount equal to or or exceeding bulk amount but less than five times bulk amount, allegedly.

• Larry Morris, 55, of Hillsboro was charged with one count each of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine and aggravated possession of methamphetamine, both second-degree felonies.

It is alleged that on or about May 8, Morris “did knowingly obtain, possess or used,” and “did knowingly sell or offer to sell,” meth “in an amount equal to or exceeding five times bulk amount but less than 50 times bulk amount.”

• Shane Pitts, 53, of Peebles was charged with three counts of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine and three counts of aggravated possession of methamphetamine, all third-degree felonies.

The charges stem from three separate alleged incidents (one in March 2025 and two in June 2025) where Pitts is accused of “knowingly obtaining, possessing or using,” and “knowingly selling or offering to sell,” meth in an amount equal to or exceeding bulk amount but less than five times bulk amount.

• Galatea Martin, 28, of Hillsboro was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine and two counts of aggravated possession of methamphetamine, all third-degree felonies.

On two different occasions — on or about Dec. 19 and Jan. 7 — Martin is accused of “knowingly obtaining, possessing or using,” and “knowingly selling or offering to sell,” meth “in an amount equal to or exceeding bulk amount but less than five times bulk amount.”

• Alissa Young, 41, of Hillsboro was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine in the vicinity of a juvenile, both third-degree felonies; and two counts of aggravated possession of methamphetamine, both fifth-degree felonies.

On two separate dates in October, Young is accused of “knowingly selling or offering to sell [meth] in the vicinity of a juvenile,” while she is also accused of “knowingly obtaining, possessing or using” meth on the same dates.

• Noah Boggs, 25, of Chillicothe was charged with aggravated trafficking in methamphetamine, a third-degree felony; and theft by deception, a first-degree misdemeanor.

It is alleged that on or about Oct. 8, Boggs “did knowingly sell or offer to sell” meth “in an amount equal to or exceeding bulk amount but less than five times bulk amount.” On the same date, Boggs is accused of “knowingly obtaining or exerting control over” $100 “by deception.”

• Terry Harlow, 46, of Hillsboro was charged with trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor.

It is alleged that on or about Oct. 7, Harlow “did knowingly obtain, possess or use,” and “did knowingly sell or offer to sell,” buprenorphine (aka Suboxone).
