Myla Toole 1st female Musketeer to earn All-BIG EAST honors since 2021

Xavier cross-country competed at the BIG EAST Championships presented by JEEP last Friday afternoon at Mahoney State Park. The Championships were co-hosted by Creighton University and the Omaha Sports Commission.
Senior Myla Toole highlighted the meet, finishing 15th in the Women's 6K Race in a time of 20:31.78 - the fourth fastest time in school history. The Winchester, Ohio native earned All-BIG EAST Honors with the top-20 finish, becoming the first female Musketeer to earn all-conference honors since 2021 (Rachel Butler).
The Xavier women finished fifth (out of 11 teams), matching the team's highest finish at the conference championship since 2019. The Xavier men finished seventh (out of nine teams), respectively.
Toole is a graduate of North Adams High School, where she was a district track and field champion, regional track and field champion and a four-time state qualifier in cross-country and track and field.
