Lynchburg-Clay’s Kalyn Rich selected to USCA All-America Team

Lynchburg-Clay graduate Kalyn Rich was recently selected to the United Soccer Coaches Association All-America Team for her play on the soccer field and success in the classroom.
The selection was announced on Thursday, July 20.
Rich, a 2023 LCHS graduate, had a GPA of 3.96.
On the field, Rich was a first-team All-Ohio selection, plus All-District and All-SHAC (Southern Hills Athletic Conference) for the 2022 season. LCHS won a SHAC, district and regional championship, qualifying for the Division III State Semifinals. She was the SHAC and Southeast District Division III Player of the Year for 2022.
In ’22, Rich totaled 89 points where she scored 35 goals and collected 19 assists, leading the team in both categories.
She is the daughter of Justin and Amy Rich.
