Luann 'Storm' Webb

Luann “Storm” Webb, 52, of Hillsboro, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023 at the University of Cincinnati, surrounded by her family.

She was born Nov. 17, 1970 in Miamisburg, the daughter of Kenneth and Lora (Adams) Hensley.

Storm was a member of the Siloah House in Hillsboro and the Living Hope Pentecostal Church in Hillsboro. She enjoyed gardening, but her true passion was serving God. She loved her family, children and grandchildren, and she will be deeply missed.

Storm is survived by her two sons, Justin Branscomb and Derek (Bridget) Miller; her mother, Lora Hensley; eight grandchildren, Greyson Branscomb, Oaklee Branscomb, Berklee Branscomb, Reagan Miller, Bryant Dalton, Brantley Miller, Bryce Dalton and Dominic Dalton; two brothers, Fred (Renee) Hensley and Johnny (Lisa) Hensley; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Hensley; husband, David Webb, on Jan. 23, 2022; four children, Madison Miller, Josh Branscomb, Abrian Overly and Lauren Overly; and a grandson, Levi Jay Branscomb, on July 1, 2019.

Celebration of Storm’s life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
