LCHS boys soccer defeats CNE

On Monday evening, the Lynchburg-Clay boys soccer team traveled to Owensville to face the Clermont Northeastern Rockets and returned home with a 2-1 non-conference victory.

The non-conference match saw the Mustangs have goals from Austin Bell and Kellin Storer, with an assist going to Braedon West.

LC’s win moves them to 2-2-2 overall, and they are 1-0-0 in the Southern Hills Athletic Conference.

LCHS is scheduled to play again Wednesday, Sept. 20 on the road at Peebles with a 4:30 p.m. start in SHAC competition.
