State Route 134 in Highland County has been closed due to collapsed culvert. The route is closed at the 8.39-mile marker, between S.R. 131 and S.R. 286. The closure is in effect until further notice, and motorists are being detoured via S.R. 131 and S.R. 138. In addition to this closure, state routes 73, 348, and 781 in Adams County are still closed at various locations. (Specifically, S.R. 73 is closed from the 10.45 to 15.68-mile marker; S.R. 781, 10.00-10.90-mm; and S.R. 348, 0.00-13.77-mm.) In Scioto County, S.R. 73 is closed at Otway and S.R. 772 is closed at Rarden due to high water and berm damage. Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation facilities in these counties continue working today to clear debris and repair damaged roadways. Motorists will want to exercise caution when traveling through work zones. Motorists are also reminded that crossing any closed route is strictly prohibited.
