Adena welcomes to its Medical Staff and Adena Surgical the services of General Surgeon Kevin Miller, MD. 
Dr. Miller received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his residency in general surgery at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio, where he was named Intern of the Year and received multiple teaching and academic awards including the Department of Surgery Resident Academic Award.  He was also presented with the national Resident Achievement Award by the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.       
Dr. Miller provides a number of special skills including advanced laparoscopic surgery. His areas of expertise also include hernia repair, gallbladder removal, breast, thyroid, and colorectal surgery. Dr. Miller also performs colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. 
Dr. Miller sees patients by referral from a primary care physician at Adena Surgical’s office in Chillicothe.  He will see patients at Pike Community Hospital in Waverly each Monday.
