HMS student invited to play in bowl games seeks sponsorships

A Hillsboro Middle School student is seeking financial support as he has been offered the opportunity to play in two football bowl games later this year.
Logan Ritchie, 12, is entering seventh grade at Hillsboro Middle School this fall and has played Hillsboro youth football for four years.
Ritchie was recently selected to play in the Raimey Sports Group’s Gridiron Hard Youth All Star Showcase 2019 in Columbus during Thanksgiving break and the 2019 Offense-Defense All-American Bowl in Florida during Christmas break. He is seeking sponsorships to help pay for travel expenses for him and a chaperone to travel to these events.

“This is my chance to play with not only some of the best players around Ohio, but also the eastern half of the nation,” Ritchie said. “This is a dream come true for me, but with a disabled father and a mother with medical issues, my family lives on a fixed income.”
