Hillsboro relay swim team wins at MHS

The Hillsboro varsity boys 200-yard medley relay team picked up a win over their rival McClain Tiger Sharks, Thursday at MHS.

The four members of the team, all seniors, include Bailey Lucarello (fly), Tyrus Heiser (backstroke), Sevrin Florek (breaststroke) and Brian Shanahan (freestyle). The Hillsboro relay team finished with a time of 2:13.48.

For the meet, McClain’s varsity boys team won with a score of 90, with Hillsboro scoring 40 and Adena scoring 7. The MHS varsity girls team also won over Hillsboro, 81-11.

No other individual scores for either school have been provided.
