The young Hillsboro Indians boys soccer team put up a good battle but just couldn't get the shots they needed to stay with the visiting Chillicothe Cavaliers, losing by a 5-1 score.
The Tuesday night South Central Ohio League loss puts HHS at 0-1 in the league and 0-2 overall as they lost 4-2 on Saturday at Eastern Brown.
For HHS, their lone goal came in the first half with 3:44 left on the clock, as Trey Moberly kicked the ball to the back of the net for what was a 3-1 deficit.
"Getting a goal on the board was big for us because we've had trouble scoring, and that's something we extremely have to work on," HHS head coach John Weber said.

The Cavaliers scored the first three goals of the SCOL match for the 3-0 lead. They came back in the second half with two more goals and the four-goal win.
CHS scored their final two goals with 29:36 and 1:22 left in the match.
Remember, HHS is still a young team.
"We are starting three freshmen, and we are still working on simple things," Weber said. "This is just the second game of the season, so we still have a lot to work on. We need to be in the right spots and need to play simple soccer."
HHS will play again on Thursday when they host Highland County rival McClain in SCOL play.
