Hillsboro wins tennis match at East Clinton, 4-1

In a non-conference tennis match Wednesday at East Clinton High School, the Hillsboro Lady Indians defeated the host Lady Astros by a 4-1 score.
In first singles, Scarlett Studebaker won by scores of 6-3, 7-5. Second singles saw Aly Johnson win by forfeit due to illness. Jenna Hart lost in third singles at 6-7, 1-6.
In doubles play, the first doubles team of Kallie Sharp and Keyle Johnson won by scores of 6-3, 7-5.
In second doubles, Natalie Tharp and Adalyn Gaines won, 6-4, 6-1.
