Teresa Werr, of Chillicothe was cited for speed.

Jeffrey Tedford, of Hillsboro, was arrested for aggravated menacing.

Robert Childers, of Wilmington, was arrested for theft.

Kourtney Deleon, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Offenses/Incidents

A report was received of someone painting on the street in the 400 block of Johnson Street. Charges are pending.
