Highland County Sheriff's Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Nov. 27

Deputies responded to the 1900 block of state Route 321 after a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputies had been at the residence earlier in the day without any charges issued, parties were advised to separate at that time and advised charges would be filed should they have to return. Regina S. Dunn, 45, and James D. Padgett, 49, both of Sardinia were both arrested and charged with domestic violence.

A resident of the 1800 block of Elmville Road reported fraud.

A resident of the 2000 block of Frost Lane reported fraud.

A resident of the 7200 block of Pea Ridge Road reported a theft.

Dec. 1

A resident of the 13000 block of Sinking Spring Road reported fraud.

Deputies responded to the 2000 block of state Route 131 after a report of a disorderly female. After investigation, Kelly N. Stephens, 45, of Cincinnati was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Dylan M. Harner, 27, of Leesburg, warrant from Clinton County.
