Nov. 16

A resident of W. Main Street, Mowrystown, reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Christopher L. Rump, 52, of Sardinia was charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Mason G. Jackson, 20, of Hillsboro, speeding.

Steven L. Kibler, 30, of Seaman, speeding.

Bobby L. Clifford, 50, of Hillsboro, violation of protection order.

Kelly A. Browning-Whitley, 30, of Bainbridge, driving under suspension.
