Highland County Sheriff's Report

Nov. 6
 
A deputy responded to the 12000 block of Sabina Road after a report of a suspicious vehicle. After arriving on the scene, a male and female were located inside the vehicle. After checking the identities of the occupants of the vehicle, it was determined that both had outstanding warrants. The male exited the vehicle and was in the process of being detained when he fled on foot. '

Additional officers arrived on the scene and began a search for the suspect. After a search of the area, the male identified as Joshua M. Knisley, 38, of Leesburg was apprehended and charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. The female identified as Michelle N. Davis, 26, of Sabina, was charged with criminal trespassing.

A resident of the 10000 block of State Route 753 reported finding drugs in their residence. After investigation, a juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled substance and aggravated menacing.

A resident of the 12000 block of Stafford Road reported an unruly juvenile.

Nov. 7
 
Deputies responded to the 100 block of S. Sycamore St., Lynchburg, after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, Tenikko A. Pennington was charged with domestic violence and illegal use of a tracking device.

Keyshawn L. Shepherd, 22, of Chillicothe, driving under suspension.
