On July 9 at approximately 1:41 a.m., the Hillsboro Police Department received a call of a fight at the Christopher Lounge, located at 150 W. Main St., Hillsboro. The caller stated that there was a fight and three people had been cut with a knife.

Upon arrival, officers found there were three people with injuries that were caused by what officers found to be a razor knife.

Chase Gillenwater, 20, of Greenfield was in the bar with Jamie Greene, 39, of Leesburg and another man. Allen Greene, husband of Jamie Greene, was reported to have waited outside the bar. When Gillenwater attempted to leave, the altercation began with Allen Greene reportedly assaulting Gillenwater. Jamie Greene was head-butted by Allen Greene. Gillenwater reportedly produced a razor knife and cut Allen Greene in the face and chest, requiring stitches. Allen Greene was treated at Highland District Hospital.

During the fight, Jamie Greene received a serious cut to her right arm. Chris Greene, Allen Greene's brother, came out of the bar and attempted to break up the fight. Chris Greene received minor injuries but was not treated. Jamie Greene was transported to Highland District Hospital and transferred to Miami Valley Hospital for surgery due to injuries to her arm.

Gillenwater was incarcerated and charged with three counts of felonious assault, felonies of the second degree.

Allen Greene was charged with one count of domestic violence and one count of assault, both misdemeanors of the first degree, and was released.

Both Gillenwater and Allen Greene will appear for arraignment in Hillsboro Municipal Court Monday, July 11.[[In-content Ad]]
