Transaction completed for veterans vehicle acquisition
Hillsboro VFW Post 9094 and Ohio VFW charities recently donated money to purchase a 2011 Equinox from Jerry Haag Motors for local veterans' transportation. In November, Highland County veterans Denver Conley and Richard Kisamore, representing Veterans Services, and Rick Wilkin, representing VFW Post 9094, informed the Highland County Board of Commissioners of the contribution and subsequent purchase agreement. On Wednesday, Dec. 8, Commissioners Gary Heaton, Shane Wilkin and Tom Horst posed with Steve Haag of Jerry Haag Motors upon completion of the purchase.
