Tire blowout lands pickup in creek

After a tire blowout, this pickup truck ended up in the creek just east of the Highland/Ross County line in Paxton Township Friday morning.

The Bainbridge Fire Department responded to assist the motorist, who lost control as he was westbound on U.S. 50 less than a mile from Highland County.

The driver was transported to the hospital.
