ODOT District 9 releases weekly Highland County construction update

State Route 73

SR 73 Bridge Replacement — A bridge replacement project on SR 73 over the Ohio Brush Creek between SR 785 and Flat Run Road.

CONTINUING IMPACTS

• One lane will be maintained by a temporary signal.

Estimated completion: fall 2026.

State Route 753

SR 753 Bridge Repair —  A bridge repair project on SR 753 over Paint Creek Lake between Snake Road and Paint Creek Road.  

NEW IMPACTS

• Beginning April 1, SR 753 will be closed for 90 days. Detour: SR 41 to U.S. 50 to SR 28 to SR 753.
