NCB Corporate Contributions donates $2,500 to Highland County Dog Pound Volunteer Program

NCB Corporate Contributions has donated $2,500 to the Highland County Dog Pound Volunteer Program.

The funds will be used for daily expenses and to add more kennels so more dogs may be saved.
