Hillsboro Rotary Club congratulates Michael Mountjoy

The Hillsboro Rotary Club is proud to announce that the District Contest was held on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Millett Hall on the campus of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio for the Four-Way Speech Competition.

Our Club Winner, Michael Mountjoy of Hillsboro Christian Academy, competed yesterday and made the final four of the 30 competitors from the District’s competing schools.

Upon the final round of speeches, Michael was awarded overall second place in the Rotary District 6670 Four-Way Speech Competition.

The District Prize for second place was $300.

We are very proud of Michael and his accomplishment.

Final Placements:
1st – Nathan Sheridan of Cedarville High School.
2nd – Michael Mountjoy of Hillsboro Christian Academy.
3rd – Lainey Ward of Tecumseh High School.
4th – Katelyn Niehaus of Eaton High School.
